Sleep Deprivation

My posts are under the sidebars and not in the middle column - eh dah?! grr! It looks fine in Firefox (the best browser ever; those of you loyal to IE, you’re missing out, missing out big time!) Plus, why would you still be using IE when my blog looks icky in it? I DEMAND YOU TO USE FIREFOX - erm, please?
My sleeping patterns have been as unstable and irregular as the lines on a liar’s lie detector results! I’ve been pulling all nighters and sleeping 4-5 hours for a few days now. I hate finals, I hate finals, I hate finals, grr. I had my first two finals on Thursday and I actually enjoyed my art exam. I analyzed a lithograph by Pissarro; how paintings portray politics, society and time and a painting by Sargent. I didn’t have to analyze the painting by Sargent, but hey, I had already written eight pages back and front (yes, I’m bragging) to analyze the other topics, so I thought I’d make use of the last thirty minutes of the exam and added an extra three pages (hopefully they made sense!) My second exam however was awful, I can’t wait till I’m done with the classes taught in Arabic, because they’re just wayyyy too complex for someone like me. Two more exams left (both in Arabic) and I’ll be done by the 18th; I can’t wait, I can’t wait!
I had a great time with Soos and Soska at Wasabi a few days ago. It escapes me how people can actually dislike sushi, how is that possible, how?! Soos was anti sushi while Soska and I indulged..ahh, sushi is yummy to the nth term.

Soos got pretty annoyed that I was snapping away with my camera while we were in Wasabi, but I didn’t care (right Soos?), lol. Soska took over as photographer when we decided to take photos when we left Wasabi; it was cold, very, very cold. Regardless of the weather, the three of us posed, laughed and joked like the night was never going to end! Soos and I did karate chop maneuvers while Soska was struggling with taking a photo that wasn’t blurry to the extent that our faces appeared as blobs (which by the way, actually happened!). Soos being the tallest was in charge of taking photos of all three of us (hip, hip, hooray for long arms!!)
Soska took photos of me while driving (no, you aren’t going to see those pictures) and of Soos in the back freezing. I’m laughing as the memories are flooding back, those two are hilarious! The flash was, of course, blinding…anyway, here’s a photo of us inside the car waiting for the u-turn to free up…

I hate IE, I hate it , I hate it and I hate it .. Your blog looks fine on IE 7 with resolution 800×600 if that’s gonna make you feel any better..
As for the sushi night.. sounds fascinating.. I never tried sushi .. but maybe you can post us sometime what are the ingredients.. I would like to know what are those colored thingies in it!
As for the exam, Gooood to go , although I do write 30 pages back & forth in 3 hours med. exam .. but I dun expect all faculties to be as “brutal” as mine!

I really like ur pictures, very innovative! About sushi, I am a mere beginner. One of my friends loves it so much that I was obliged to try it with him. I liked the mizo soup, and about the sushi itself, I liked the salmon and the tuna, but sometimes i feel it a little bit yucky (sorry to all sushi fan) :-)
I have exams at the moment too, it sucks! My last exam is on monday and I’m not ready for it yet I’m still not studying. Good luck in your exams, happy studying! :)

Wasabi is a great restaurant. So is Sakura. They opened up those with the Ruby Tuesdays and some other stuff (wow, a coffee shop finally near Mahbula) a few exits from my house.
I really dig it, just kinda expensive, but still awesome.

hun, if u download the latest IE, i think it’s 7? it’ll view pages just like firefox.. it even has tabs and everything…
ur blog has ALWAYS looked fine on my IE after i updated it and started using it more than firefox.. believe me, it’s that good now..
i used to hate it, but after the update, it’s great :p
