Try to picture this, me typing away at my laptop and my baby sister watching Dora the Explorer on my brother’s laptop. Sou and Mini Sou, hahaha..it’s quite the sight really. I enjoy spending more time with my little sister than I do with anyone else actually. Sure she’s a little high maintenance, but I mean for crying out loud, she’s only two and a half, she’s supposed to be high maintenance! :)
It’s July 1st. Oh yay. :/ Just a few more days left till I’m 21. You know what, I think I’m the only person to ever live who didn’t look forward to turning 21. What’s so special about 21 anyway? If anything, it’s a burden, “Sou, you’re 21 now, responsibilities are going to come rolling in.” I’ve got enough responsibilities, now this “magical number” will pile them up to infinity - oh happy day.
On a lighter note, has anyone heard ‘Umbrella’ by Rhianna? Even though I don’t like the genre very much, I actually like the song. As I was browsing a few sites last night I came upon a great version of ‘Umbrella’ sung by Scott Simons. I didn’t actually think it was possible for a song like ‘Umbrella’ to be turned into an Indie song, but lo and behold, it has!! I really, really, really like his version; he even keeps the “ella, ella, ey, ey, ey”, seriously, he does! Give it a listen :)
