‘Things To Do Before I Die’ List!!

Inspired by Camel and Uzf’s ‘Before I Die’ Lists !! Hehehe, now let’s see what’s going on in that itsty bitsy brain of mine! :p hehe…

1.Go to see Oprah in Chicago

2.Learn Italian French

3.Visit Robyn in Scotland

4.Get my driver’s license!

5.Visit the Louvre Museum

6.Take a pottery class

7.Swim with Dolphins (even though i’m terrified of sea creatures)

8 Sell a painting

9.Come up with a new colour and name it after me!

10.Send a message in a bottle

11.Own a Villa in Tuscany

12.Attend the Olympics

13.Eat at Rocco’s Restaurant

14.Open up my own Restaurant

15.Finish the scarf i’ve been knitting for 2 years!

16.Own a Yacht and sail. sail sail!!!

17.Realise that in order to “sail, sail, sail” I have to learn HOW! :p

18.Plant a tree–doesn’t have to be a big one…maybe an itsy, bity one

19.Have my portrait painted

20.Learn NOT to say yes when i really mean NO

21.Teach someone illiterate to read

Well, that’s all i could think of for now—i’m cold, hungry and tired!! So i’m not really thinking straight :p I’ll update it later on! :)

I’m in this month’s issue of Layalina Magazine! Hehehe, little famous moi :p hehe..

I also really like #11. I have similar aspirations but never having been to Europe I haven’t the slightest clue where I would want to live.

Makes me feel young again reading the list! Good luck in accomplishing all of them and have many more after that. Maybe I should also think of doing a list like that other than grocery and to-do lists to meet deadlines at work :-)

Well since you’re feeling broke, then you can’t go to Chicago to visit Oprah, You can’t take Italian lessons, can’t go to Scotland, you can pay the fees to get your license, can’t visit louver museum, can’t take poetry class.. unless you go to the beach and start swimming and looking for free dolphins, you won’t be able to do it.. LoOoL

And when you spoke in Egyptian, you reminded me of my cousins, I have family in Egypt, my aunt is Kuwaiti and married to an Egyptian and living there.. of course they are half and half.. the mixed race made them come out gorgeous, unlike us here in Kuwait hehehehe.. and I’m always in touch with them, smsing all the time, and they use the same way you used in writing this comment..

I wish you luck sweet heart.. and remember.. baby steps, you will do them all inshallah.. And a ta ta for now right back at’cha :)

So you’ve got a multi-cultural family? That’s gr8! :D I’ve seen the pics you’ve posted on your blog (and you dressed up as a ‘Sultan’ is the my favourite btw!!) So judging by the pics on your blog, i’d say you’re a dashing man! ;D
