My first post in 2007, wow! 2007 is great so far, I’m having the time of my life! On the first day of the year my friend Z and I went to the aquarium - how I’m still alive and writing this I’m not sure; actually, come to think of it, I think I haven’t typed up a post in so long because I was recovering from the panicking I did at the aquarium! To those of you who don’t know me, fish scare me and sharks petrify me. I almost cried - no exaggeration - when we entered the area with the shark aquarium. I couldn’t keep my eyes open and Z was dragging me around like a blind person (not a lot of fun, trust me). Near the end, I plucked up the courage to take a sneak peak at the sharks (I just got goosebumps remembering them) and needless to say, I almost fainted.

I’ve been meeting up with Soos and Soska almost everyday, I’ve missed them millions! Soos is still as sarcastic as ever and Soska is her usual fun self; with friends like them, what more does a gal need (apart from probably books and shoes)? We’ve been hanging out at PQ lately, they make the yummiest shrimp soup (served in a bowl of BREAD) I’ve ever tasted in my life!

I’m back to university tomorrow and I so don’t want to go back! My exams start on the 11th and end on the 18th, I’m definitely not looking forward to 3 out of 4 *sigh* [THINK POSITIVE SOU, THINK POSITIVE!]

A few days ago, my phone line committed suicide and my broadband connection went down with it; I was forced to use dial up and I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown!! Dial up is evil, it’s evil I tell you! My phone line’s working fine now - thank God - and I’m serious, I don’t think I can ever revert back to using dial up! It took forever for my new header to load (this is the part where y’all say ‘fab header Sou!’) and I like it loads this time :)

ooo yummy. You know they make shark fin soup in china and japan. maybe you will like them better dead? :P But seriously sharks aren’t so bad….but i prefer dolphins.

An aquarium… mmmm that sounds cool, I don’t think that place was there the last time I was in kuwait ( around 5 years ago walla 7aga ). The trendiest place back then was sooq sharq, if I’m not wrong.
Kuwait is becoming an interesting place.
Nice soup, I’ll tell my family to get me some of that the next time they are there :)
