Me? Gym?! | March 18th 2005

Sou thought out loud in Friends, Fun, Personal, Crazy, Gym

My body hurts-no i’m not sick, don’t worry! it’s just that i was at the gym with M and i’m in agony! But still, it was good to go to the gym, i haven’t been there in ages, which erm..explains my unfitness (does that word even exist?) hehe…o well! There were two funny parts actually, one was the squash bit, yes we attempted to play squash, lol–just thinking of it now makes me laugh! M was trying to teach me how to play and it didn’t work out, it just didn’t work out, i kept on playing squash like tennis, which apparently is a “no-no”

Anyways, i couldn’t walk half the time because of all the work outs we did in Aerobics class, lol, most of the men in there were probably going thru a mid-life crisis! but i salute them, i mean it’s not everyday you see men jumping up and down like little girls, or do you? hmmm, makes you think! after that we jogged on the treadmill, only that’s wat M did, all i did was erm, walk on my treadmill and watched a film with Joseph Fiennes in it (he’s cute!)

FINALLY stopped working out at around 8.30ish—it was dinner time, woohoo!! onlly near the end of it the band that was playing sang this the first time:

“HAPPY BARD-DAY TO YOU, HAPPY BARD-DAY TO YOU!”

The second time they sang:

“HAPPY BUTTDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BUTTDAY TO YOU!”

It was only natural for M and myself to burst out laughing like lunatics! lol, it was funny, i had a good day yesterday, which was gr8, because i needed it!

I can’t wait for Saturday, i wonder what my prize is!!!!

tsk tsk tsk
how obvious, you spend a considerable part of time in the gym for leisure! remember it won’t work unless you feel “the burn”..

and the band in the restaurant, i suspect they do that in purpose!

You remind me of old times when I went to gym at least 3 times a week.
I miss going there again. It has been years. WoW ! Just realized it.

Good that you have time for a work out. I think I should make some time for it, too. I always like aerobic.

hahahahaha..! What a creative song!

You? Gym?! LOL.. Welcome to my world, but really.. I did not hear the word burn in the post as UZF was say, you need to feel the burn.. I’m addicted to it actually. so don’t mind me.. :P

UzF: Erm, well there’s always next time, right?! hehehe!!

I’ll make sure i feel the “burn” the next time i go!

You think they sang that on purpose?! omg! the horror, the pain! LOL!

Rin: hehe…well aerobics was fun, if it wasn’t for that icky music! well M liked it, but i just felt like getting up and bashing in the stero! :p

Don: Yey, you’re here! hehehe! Yes, ME! GYM! LOL!! it’s a start, we’ve all got to start somewhere right–baby steps! You were the one that told me about ‘baby steps’ remember?! D

Purg: Thank you! I’m sure you meant that as a compliment :D
