Karaoke Queen! | September 6th 2006
Yes, c’est moi..and yes I’m going to brag! Finally, SOMETHING good happened!
I finally met my friends whom I haven’t seen in over 3 weeks and we went to Diva’s! I love that place, super crowded on karaoke night, but hey, it’s karaoke night, it should be crowded! hehe…Wow, i never really realised how much I missed my friends till I saw them!
Skyler joined us later on and, Skyler does “bombarded by sheesha” remind you of anything?! LOL! So after waiting for a gazillion years and switiching singing turns with E, I finally sang, ‘I Will Survive’…I love that song, I can always get away with shouting half way through it :p lol
I couldn’t really see the monitor from where I was standing, so I stood on my chair and sang; well more like, “shouted” at the guys who were blocking my view..I went something like this, “But I spent so many - GET AWAY FROM THE MONITOR - nights…” LOL! I had the time of my life! I forgot that there were people there and I started singing my heart out! WOOSH! What a rush! My voiced cracked once or twice, but who the heck cares!! They wanted an encore, but I had to leave *sigh* The coolest part though was when everyone there was cheering my name!! Oh, and a guy worked there shook my hand and said, “YOU HAVE TO COME NEXT WEEK!”
I’m the Karaoke Queen…FEAR ME! BWAHAHAHA! hehe
