Question. Is it possible to get a cold twice in the same winter season? Thing is, I think I’m coming down with a cold - again. My limbs hurt, my eyes burn slightly and I’m really tired. I hate the winter.
Euterpe (my iPod) was sick this evening! Whenever I put it on, the screen went all weird, my heart dropped to my knees! I can’t live one day without my iPod, I can’t! So I took it to the Apple/Mac Store (whatever it’s called) in Marina Mall, the salesman took one look at it and said the screen’s busted and the technician should take a look at it (tomorrow). A whole day with a technician - a WHOLE day!! When I returned back home, I gave my iPod one last shot…I plugged it into my laptop and VOILA, it worked! The screen is perfect, the problem was the battery; it ran out! I probably forgot to switch it off last night and the battery drained out. I want to go to the dude at the store and…and…grr, I can’t think of anything. I just know that he’s the stupidest man alive and that he almost made me cry.
I bought this book today. I really wish the sold the books with Jack Vettriano’s paitings, *sigh* Hopper’s work is really good (if you click on the link you’ll know what I’m talking about). I love his use of colours and brush strokes. Here’s ‘Railroad Sunset’:
Beautiful, isn’t it? I love the colours! Good news, Mrs. Muscles took one look at the picture and she jumped in joy! It’s as if she was miraculously cured the second she laid eyes on it!
