Call Me Rudolph

Last week was filled with Soska-Sou adventures - that and we ate heaps of candy! It all started at Soska’s movie night. I arrived at her house only to find out that the other guests decided not to come because of a football game (Men, what else should’ve we expected?!). We had a great time watching ‘Fracture’ and…and I can’t really remember, but I’ll update when I ask Soska. To make a long story short, this past week was an on going movie night! We’ve watched so many movies (hence why I can’t remember the other movie we watched on the first night! haha)
Two days after the first movie night, we went to the pool, and I’ll tell you this, it was the first time I went swimming since last August when I was in Cairo! I got sunburned, and I still can’t bend my limbs without wincing. Oh to make matters worse, I had my sunglasses on, so the area on my face underneath my sunglasses didn’t catch the sun/burn, so I’ve got the Wayfarers on without really having them on, and I also look like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. Ahh, life doesn’t get better than this, does it? (Right).
The ultimate highlight however, and a sort of wrap up to our eventful week: Soska and I went fishing! I’ve never been fishing before so I was super excited and I made sure I went geared with appropriate sunscreen and cooling water spray. Out of excitement, I forgot to put on my sunscreen. Stupid? Oh yeah, very, very, very stupid! Anyways, I caught an itty bitty green fish, I named it Itty Bitty G!
Soska has been hooked on ‘Love Today’ (thanks to my ringtone), so I’m leaving you with a video of Mika performing ‘Love Today’ live at Glastonbury 2007. I love his live performances!

Aww.. and I was wondering WHY you aren’t online for a week .. of course, YOU had all the guiltless shameless fun when i am stuck in the emergency hospital doing “can’t remember how many” sutures :( .. Keda ya sou ?? :P
but YaaaaaaaaaaaY, that sounds like so MUCH fun begad.. I tried fishing once .. didn’t even catch a boot .. so CONGRATULATIONSSSSSSSSSSS .. and the sunburn .. use some lotions and it will go in a blink of an eye .. so dunt worry khales :D.. u can try Mebo Oint. if u have in Kuwait, it is designed for burns :D
