Better…? | March 11th 2005
I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to update and modify my blog template! I’ve got a 3 column layout, which i like a lot! It needs some “tweaking” but i’ll get there, eventually!
I’ve changed my screen resolution, so now i can finally see ALL of my blog’s contents without scrolling down half way thru the page, (if you’ve got that problem, please tell me, i’ll try fixing it!) Hmm..what else, o ya, i don’t like the size of the my ‘description’ it’s too tiny and i dunno how to change it, do you know how? Just flutter by and leave a comment if you do know :D
I’d like to know what you, yes YOU, my faithful(?) blog readers out there, think of my new layout–the colors are pretty much the same, but tell me if you like this one better!!!
On a lighter note, i received an e-mail from the “Love Prince” informing me that my book has arrived, I’ll be picking it up later today (it’s early in the morning, and i still haven’t slept since yesterday!) So i’ll go to bed after posting up this entry, wake up, get something to eat and buy the book!!! I CAN’T WAIT!!!
A change of subject—I was watching “Melody Hits TV” this evening, and they happed to be playing Britney Spears’s new single, ‘Do Something’…now can somebody tell me–what the hell she was thinking?!! I mean, it looks like she was attacked by a couple of stray dogs and they tore huge chunks of her clothes off! And her HAIR, for the love of God! I mean, didn’t anybody notice that, erm…there were bits sticking out and it was REALLY really, hmm, now let’s see, what’s the word to use…erm o ya..it looked like she handn’t combed it in months!!! I did like the LV car padding, very cute! Not that i’m a materialistic person *grabs Euterpe and hides her before anybody notices $&! is materialistic* :p FYI–Euterpe is my PINK iPod Mini–my iPod mini is a SHE thank you very much!! hehehe..
I felt better yesterday–i was HAPPY!! i was so happy that, ok, so i didn’t really do anything special, i tried going to buy the Iliad, and the bookstore was closed so that bummed me out, my mom tried cheering me up, so she took me shopping! yey, i Love mommy dearest! Only, i didn’t buy anything :p hehehe…No i’m not cheap, it’s just that i didn’t like anything. I’m too picky, grr..
My university is having a Car Boot sale in a couple of weeks! That’s going to be great, coz the books are like 85% cheaper, which means i can buy MOUNTAINS of books :p Tell me this, if a person likes to read a lot are they “nerds”? because i mentioned to somebody that i liked to read and they asked if i was a nerd…hmm, weird, right?
‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ is coming along great, i’m lovin it, (pa ra pa-pa!) When i’m done with it i’ll buy the movie, damn, Al, i wish you lived in Kuwait, we could’ve criticized our hearts out :P hehehe…
Well, i’m getting really tired, and i want to sleep…but before i go, I love JaCkie’s idea, that all the female blogettes in the Kuwaiti Blogosphere should meet up, it’s gna be gr8! (Boys are you jealous! HAHAHAHA!) A very disturbing thought just crossed my mind, and since i “think out loud” i’m just going to have to share it with you! What if the boys (green with envy) decide to dress up as girls and join the meet up?! EEK!! :p
I was just wondering, if a psychiatrist were to read my blog, how would they analyze it, how would they analyze me? Creepy thought right? *shivers*
