Ahlan Bel Eid! | October 24th 2006
Happ Eid everyone!!
First day of Eid was great! I loved it! Lunch was a little boring, my cousin S came over and we talked about the Ramadan Series-athon! haha…Yeah, this year was jam packed with all sorts of programs! Unlike last year, I didn’t watch any…none if them really tickled my fancy. So like I said, lunch was a little blah, but after S left, mom, my brother, my baby sister Yass and I left to Green Island (yes, GREEN ISLAND!) I didn’t really want to go at first but I had to if I didn’t want my mother to bite my head off - afterall, we were doing this for Yass :)
First thing we saw when we entered Green Island was an Italian marching band and they were awesome! I took a billion videos of them but I’m just posting one up - I don’t want to bore anyone to death with a billion videos! :D
I had a blast, the whole “carnival” (that’s what it was supposed to be) was aimed towards kids but I had more fun than my baby sister did - If it proves anything, don’t share, keep it to yourself, I know what you’re thinking! :p lol Here’s another video of Tribal drummers and a really freaky looking dancer thingie…ouff, just watch and you’ll know what I mean! :D
My parents haven’t given me my Eid money yet and I’m as broke as…as…well I’m just broke! Tomorrow is a new day, a day with money in my hands, woohoo! :D Hopefully tomorrow, I’ll meet up with Soska and D; I haven’t seen D since my birthday last year! So it’ll be nice seeing him tomorrow inshalla :)

I’m reading one of my favourite books again, ‘Ali and Nino’ and I :heart: it, I can never get bored of reading that book over and over again! I’ll stop blabbing here!
