10,000 Spoons When All I Need is a Knife
June 8th 2008 by Sou in Personal, Crazy, Music, YouTubeThere’s nothing worse than being sick with the flu, on heaps on medication, under-slept, then going to university insanely early (7:15 AM) to find that your final isn’t at 8 AM, but at 4 PM. “Pissed off” doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. Grrrrrrrr!!!! Oh, to add insult to injury, today’s my last day of examinations and the beginning of my week-long summer vacation before starting the summer semester. Sucks to be me right now.
Leaving you with Ironic by Alanis Morissette.

Ya benty why are you getting the flu every 2 weeks or so? Get vaccinated or something mayenfa3shy keda! Good luck on your exam. I can’t imagine an exam at 4 p.m. but they have those strange exam hours at other faculties in Egypt, too. I’m sure you’ll do fine though isa, even if you did arrive a few hours early ;).
Ahhh yes, the song that’s ironic in and of itself because there’s nothing in it actually involving irony. I still lurve Alanis, though. She be fierce

Cat: Haha, yeah, happens to the best of us, doesn’t it! :)
Deee: Allah yesalemik. :)
Operon: Of course you know how bitchy it can be, I’m always complaining to you whenever I can! haha. xoxo
Sunshine: Sa7?!!!!!!
Ravine: Haha, you’re right, nothing ironic, just a streak of super bad luck!
And wait, did you just ask me to get a shot?! Woman, have you lost your mind?!!
SL: Allah yesalemik, and yes I know…orange summer it’ll be. *sigh*
Stephen: Thanks. :)
Amethyst: I had Translation (I) today, over and doneeee! Yay!
Susu: I’ve got the flu, I can’t really do anything. :(
Sharifo: Allah yesalemak. :) The exam went really well - surprisingly!
You’re making it seem like I want you to take a bullet. I suppose that’s pretty much the same thing as a needle to you though! :P
Ravine: You see, I’m not exactly a huge fan of pain. :p

Hi!! sorry i’m late!
Ok Ok!
Theres a way to get rid of the “Sucks-2-b-me” Monkey!
You need to listen to
“I Just Want To Fly” by Sugar Ray.
Works like a charm!
Cheer up Sou!
try going there at 7 just to find out you dont have an exam that day but hey found a friend there and he treated me to a johnny rockets breakfast so no complaints lol
There nothing quite better than ‘ironic’, and nothing quite matches up with the horror of Flu,
tough world eh.
Alf salama :)
I liked the title so much. Enjoy your sooooo short summer vacation, it is not important how long it will be, it is how you will enjoy it that matters.
Good luck :)
Almond: You’re back! Hollering back at Brooklyn! hehe.
Triple M: Great advice! Just smile…I actually hadn’t thought of that! Thanks. :)
Hamad: Loved the dramatic intro, superb! :D Gave your song a shot, and it brought back old memories! Smiling and all cheered up, thanks! :)
TAT: No complaints at all! Are JR’s breakfasts good though? I only go there for their Cherry Colas - best I’ve ever tasted!
May: Very!
Shimaa: You’re right! That’s why I’m out of the house most of the day - even with this awful flu! But hey, something’s got to give; I can either spend the day at home, counting down the days till Sunday, or I can actually go out and do something productive, and enjoy the limited free time I’ve got. I’m definitely opting for the latter! ;)
I like it guess you have to try for yourself though.
